PRODUCT CARE 1) WASH & CARE FOR ORGANIC COTTON / KHADI / JAMDANI. Handwoven cotton fabric or garment can be washed by hand in cold water or put into a machine as well. Darker coloured and natural dyed pieces should also be hand washed separately in cold water. Dry them in shade and hang on the reverse side . Do not scrub while hand washing. Do not use bleach. We do not recommend using dryers for cotton clothes as the heat from the tumble causes pieces to lose their size and shape, leading to shrinkage. Instead, leave them out to dry. This is also more eco-friendly. 2) WASH & CARE FOR NATURAL DYED & PRINTED. Wash them separately, using cold water in very mild detergent Clothes can be hung to dry in shade . Do not dry these garments in direct sunlight as this often results in excessive colour fading. Fabric colour will tend to spread and bleed into the water but will not stain other garments . A small noticeable fade of colour may occur over time, which is a natural and unique characteristic of natural colors. Indigo or other naturally dyed pieces of clothes should be preserved in the a mulmul cotton bag or should be kept wrapped with a pcs of cloth. We may fifind a crease line on the indigo or any other natural dyed clothing or fabric if kept in the same folding for long, we just need to dip it in a mild detergent cold water to make it good again. 3) WASH & CARE FOR BLOCK PRINT.
