Return / Exchange / Cancellations
- Product should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the price tags, labels, packing, barcodes and invoice copy. If any product is returned without these essentials, the product shall not be accepted for exchange/return.
- The packages should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.
- Products under promotions/sale/discounts will not be accepted for exchange
- Home products (bedcover, bedsheet, quilt, and dohar, table linen) will not be exchanged or returned.
- Fabrics cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Dupatta and Stoles cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Though we have strict quality check parameters in place but just in case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect kindly get in touch with us immediately. We will request you to kindly email us the photographs of the defective product and appropriate action will be taken by our customer care team thereafter.
- Minor variations in surface texture, printing & dying are unique design characteristics and will not be considered flaws or manufacturing defects
- In case of exchange (other than damage & defects while receiving the parcel) logistics cost of return to be borne by the customer.
- Paper & Stationery product would not be exchanged or returned.
- Products that are eligible for exchange can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Goods sold online will not be exchanged or returned on retail counters.
- We don’t have any Refund Policy. If you don’t find any product to exchange at that moment then we will raise you a credit note which can be redeemed within a year of your purchase.

- Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing an order. The order may be cancelled by addressing an email to us or by calling and cancelling the order at the given customer care number.
- Not all products are eligible for cancellation. Many product/items which are under sale, promotions, offers are not eligible for cancellations and are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page for that product.
- Please write to us by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at the customer care number and state the reason for your return in the subject line of the email. Our customer care team will authorize the cancellation request.
- Our store administrators on receiving the products may approve or reject your cancellation request, regarding which you will be notified by email. Our customer care team must receive and approve your cancellation request. Once your request is received and approved, an email will be sent regarding the same.
- Please note that any items returned without a confirmation email from our customer care team will not be processed.
- Returns of goods that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted and refused.
- Please note that goods should be in the original condition for them to be eligible for return.
- The product should be unused, unworn, unwashed & undamaged and all packaging, labels, tags, and invoice copy must remain intact and be attached to the item.
- If these are not available the product will not be eligible for return.
